Snowmass Summer of Free Music Series
These free community concert events draw families and friends to enjoy fresh air and live music under the summer skies. Bring a picnic dinner, spread your blanket and dance the evening away! Select shows offer a kids’ zone, complete with bounce house, face painting and children’s’ activities to keep the littles entertained while mom and dad enjoy the concert. The Snowmass Arts Trail
This 2.4-mile walking trail through Snowmass Village will take you past no fewer than 17 art installations, as well as town hall, the Anderson Ranch Arts Center and several shopping areas. Much of the trail runs alongside Brush Creek Road. What an artful way to get some gentle exercise near your Snowmass Village home!
Ice Age Discovery Center
Creative, educational and interactive exhibits will delight the whole family at our own Snowmass Ice Age Discovery Center on the Snowmass Village Mall. Designed to keep the kids entertained and busy, the Center offers plenty to appeal to adults as well. See 150,000-year-old fossilized mammoth bones and tusks and learn how the preservation process works. The Snowmass Ice Age Discovery Center is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and admission is free.
