This is a quintessential getaway from the city life. Located on the banks of the Roaring Fork River this home is situated on an acre where you sit back and enjoy watching the eagles soar and the fish jump. This four bedroom home has a primary on the top floor of the home with a very spacious bathroom that will make you feel like you are at the spa everyday. The main level has two fireplaces for those winter nights you really want to have a warm and cozy experience and plenty of entertaining spaces. A bar resides along side the kitchen so you can serve up a small dinner for two or be a guest bartender at your dinner party. A dining room with ample room for all that has a grill outside for the steaks and sides. Three bedrooms include a guest primary that faces the river and two other bedrooms opposite of the living room. Truly room to roam inside and out. The back deck expands along the back side of the house facing the river to enjoy the sunset and sounds of the water cascading along the shore.
