About the “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” List

Only the most productive, prolific Realtors make the REAL Trends “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” list. Working in conjunction with Trulia and Zillow, the list shows that 20 percent of all the best work with RE/MAX.
Dave Liniger, RE/MAX CEO agrees – and he chalks it up to the company having some of the most experienced, knowledgeable Realtors in the field.
“RE/MAX agents are always among the industry’s best when ranked by productivity. Consumers prefer to work with agents who have solid experience. They want to rely upon a trusted advisor during an increasingly complex transaction, and RE/MAX agents provide that high level of customer service,” said Liniger.
In order to separate the best agents from others, individual agents must close at least 50 transaction sides or do $20 million in sales volume to be considered for the list.
It’s common knowledge that RE/MAX agents average double the number of transaction sides that other agents do. The proof is in the numbers, according to the REAL Trends 500 and the Power Broker Report.
For Brenda, it’s an honor – but her ultimate goal is to provide her clients the best service possible.
“What a great honor to be named,” Brenda said, “but what is more important is that our clients are number one with us.”
