Each year, you pull out the same Christmas decorations you’ve used in years past – but what if you could spruce things up a bit?
Here’s how.
Fresh Ideas for Holiday Decor This Year
- Create an interesting table runner
- Use mini wreaths
- Put together a cranberry centerpiece
Here’s a closer look at each.
#1. Create an interesting table runner
Place framed photos of your family along the center of your table, facing all the guests seated at your table. The pictures will kick-start happy conversations.
#2. Use mini wreaths
Wrap mini foam wreath forms with gold, silver, red or green ribbons and add a contrasting bow. You can use these as small decorations at each place setting for your holiday table.
#3. Put together a cranberry centerpiece
Pour cranberries into a wide, clear vase. Fill the remainder of the vessel with water until the cranberries float near the top. Place a tea light candle (or candles) in the center. For added drama use groupings of vases of various heights, shapes, and sizes.
