How Many Homes Should I See in Person Before Making an Offer?

There’s no magic number of homes you should see in person before you make an offer on one. The key is to look until you find something you can see yourself living in.
On average, people check out about 10 homes before making an offer… but you might fall in love with the first one you see (or you might need to see 15 or 20 homes before you find “the one”).
