Under Contract

The seller has entered a contract with a buyer, but there’s still room for backup offers.

Contingent

The seller has accepted an offer and the home is under contract, but one party still has to meet certain conditions for the deal to go through.

Deal Pending

The seller has accepted an offer and has a contract, and all the contingencies have been met. The deal is in escrow.

Back on Market

The home has come back on the market after a pending sale. That means the deal fell through.

Expired

The seller’s contract with the listing agent has expired. This usually happens when the home doesn’t sell.

Temporarily off the Market

The owner has removed the home from the market for a period of time, and it’ll be back on the market eventually.

Withdrawn

The seller decided not to sell the home after all.
