The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing has just release their new report on the

luxury market nationwide. Certainly Aspen’s market is unique as many other but the overall

picture of the state of the higher end homes tells a story that speaks to all of the niche markets.

A couple key components to pay attention to is the supply is dwindling and the prices are inching up.

While it is still a Buyers market, that can change quickly in some of these smaller markets. It has in many

of the metro markets already which continue to be strong.

Last year we saw a surge of homes sales in the luxury end that was driven by the tax changes. This year

I expect to see continued activity that is gradual in activity.
